Impartial Dispute Resolution Services (IDRS) is a conflict resolution and educational resource center located in Western Pennsylvania. IDRS was founded by Robert A. Creo in 1990 to provide a variety of Alternative Dispute Resolution Services on both a regional and national basis.
IDRS customizes presentations and trainings for audiences of lawyers, human resource professionals, risk managers, and executives. The experienced faculty offers workshops at both the basic and advanced levels, covering topics in negotiation theory and skills, mediation advocacy, and mediator training.
Since 2006, IDRS has been an approved as an Accredited Provider by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board. A variety of CLE courses have been conducted by IDRS, ranging from one to six hours of substantive or ethics CLE credits.
